The GC Index has announced it will be holding a summit, GC Connect, in London to bring GC Partners and GCologists together – the event is being held at The Flowerpot Hoxton, on the 14th March 2019.

Dr John Mervyn-Smith, Chief Psychologist and Co-Founder of The GC Index commented, “We want to bring our community together to share experience and get inspired by each other. The summit will focus on identifying ways GC Partners and GCologists can work together to support individuals, teams and organisations in making their game-changing impact.”

GC Connect is a first-of-its-kind gathering that will include panel discussions and insight around The GC Index data from Dr John Mervyn-Smith. A selection of GC Partners and organisations will take the stage. These include:

  • Zein Messina, Senior Leadership & Development Partner at ARM and Trudie Adcock, Head of Leadership Development at Santander UK who will join a panel to discuss how we can bridge the gap between HR and the business.
  • Helen Rivero who will discuss how The Young People Index is being used by schools.
  • Simon Phillips who will offer insight about The Change Maker Profile.
  • Andrew Dyckoff who will introduce The GC 360.

Nathan Ott, Chief Polisher and Co-Founder at The GC Index says, “The passion our GCologists and GC Partners have shown is contagious, so earlier this year we hatched a plan. Our goal was to create an event that celebrates all of the things our GC Partners and GCologists are doing – we couldn’t be more excited!”

Taking place in London, the event is set to attract more than 100 GC Partners and GCologists.
