Impact Awareness Coaching is designed to help leaders at any level gain clarity on how to maximise their impact in business by playing to their strengths and remaining true to their core values.
Impact Awareness Coaching includes the following:
- Personality assessment using the NERIS® model
- Vision and values assessment using a proprietary method
- Learning styles assessment using the Honey & Mumford questionnaire
- Business impact assessment using The GC Index® framework
- Two individual coaching sessions delivered on Teams

Who is it for?
Impact Awareness Coaching takes leaders on a guided journey of self-discovery that enables them to reconnect with their personal values and impact style in a way that’s engaging, enjoyable, and energising.
This short introductory coaching program uses a combination of tools that provide valuable insights into personality, preferred way of working, and,
crucially, how to increase impact in business through the uniquely powerful data revealed by the GC Index.
This is an opportunity for leaders to ignite their energy for impact in a safe and supportive coaching space guided by a masters level executive coach accredited by the EMCC and The GC Index.
How does this work?
Leaders complete 3 separate assessments, each carefully selected to develop greater self-awareness.
This is followed by a one-to-one coaching session in which leaders reconnect with their core values, clarify their preferred learning styles and engage with their unique strengths to boost personal performance and lead more authentically.
Next leaders take the GC Index assessment.
This is followed by a one-to-one GC Index discovery session in which leaders explore how to use the powerful insights contained in their GC Index profile report to maximise their impact on their business in a positive, productive, and people-centric way.
