Yet, this notion of embracing doubt as something to be welcomed rather than feared, seems to pose a significant challenge to leadership. Maybe it is counter intuitive to leaders programmed to value and look for certainty. Nevertheless, that is where we are; a place of not knowing; one where we must re-imagine our future and our response to the challenges that we face.

At C5 Leadership we believe that re-imagining requires us to have conversations in which we can enter a space of not knowing in a creative and open way. One path that we might follow is to explore re-imagination by looking at situations through the lenses of consciousness, connection, curiosity, collaboration and compassion. These five lenses can enable us to question and explore our perception of reality and find new possibilities. So, using these lenses:​
