Elaine Batt

Elaine’s passion for igniting performance through people comes from first hand experience; as a sole trader who has had to make big decisions on her own, as a leader having to deal with challenging employee issues or as an employee who feels like they have more to offer.

A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Elaine has more than 20 years experience of corporate life, working across a variety of sectors including Finance, Pharmaceutical, Health, Arts & Culture, Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Local & Central Government that has included roles in Customer Services, Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Consultancy.

She was inspired to set up her own business in 2013 following a very personal experience that demonstrated just how much individual and team performance is impacted when organisations and leaders get things wrong, and how confidence and self-esteem are intrinsically linked to work.

Since then she’s been helping individuals, teams and organisations to achieve high performance and results by taking a people centred approach that focuses on raising self-awareness, working to strengths, coaching, leadership development and employee engagement.

With a belief that mind and body work together, Elaine has also just completed her training as a Classical Pilates Mat-work instructor.
