Sarah is a psychologist who has worked for sixteen years as an independent consultant: during this time she has accumulated a wealth of experience in coaching, assessment and selection. Prior to moving into this field, Sarah trained as an accountant with one of the world’s largest professional services firms.
Her client base includes top-level executives from the worlds of banking, construction, media and retail. Sarah has worked as an off-screen coach for Discovery Health and an on-screen coach for BBC3 and Channel 4. She has also co-authored several popular psychology books, including titles on life coaching and overcoming fears.
Sarah is a member of the British Psychological Society and holds a doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy, which she uses in her individual therapy work. She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Progamming. Sarah studied her first undergraduate degree at Queens’ College, Cambridge and holds a further first-class degree in Psychology.
